Chanced upon a video I saved on FB a few days ago and decided to bake these for the kids..
Very easy to make. You only need these:
- 6 Oreo cookies to line the cupcake holders
- 250g cream cheese
- 65g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
Cream the cream cheese with sugar then add egg and vanilla essence. Mix well and scoop into the cupcake holders (lined with an Oreo cookie each). Use mini Oreo cookies or Ritz bitz and chocolate chips to decorate the cupcakes accordingly.. Then bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 min. Leave to cool to room temperature and chill in fridge for at least 4h.
Voila! Breakfast for tomorrow is ready! 😉
